It was a SAD DAY

Yesterday, my family was at GlennBrook Mall, in Fort Wayne, enjoying our time together.  After we all got done shopping we, my son and I, decided to have a little fun.  The escalator excites him,19 months old, every time we go to the mall.  The moment I got distracted by his cousin running away from us, my son attempted to go up by the descending escalator.  He fell and his finger was cut as a result.  I put pressure on his finger, wrapped with gauze, and took him to ER.

 

This was a happy moment before his stitching begins.

 

This was his stitched up finger, and beats every story in my life thus far.

THIS IS HOW EDITING IS DONE!!!!!!

This picture was taken at Walmart.  I ran into my old friend. He is being a good dad and husband.  It has been over 10 years.  I took the image without flash light.  He is carrying his daughter and his wife is behind.  One of the supervisor came and warn me about taking picture in Walmart without permission.

Walmart was bright and filled with colors.  I touched up the saturations, contrasts, many things to bring out the original colors.  As you can see, the fruits are brighter, and his skin colors seem natural. 

My son who was so happy and struggled to walk in deep snow.  He enjoyed it but my wife wasn't so happy about it. 

 

This was the finish touch of it.  I edited to the temperature, brightness, contrast, and a few more other things to show how cold it was that day. 

The DON

After spending almost an hour, this was the result.  The light from the side made it really hard for me to focus on the skeleton.  So I saturated the image to the max, sharpness to the min, hue at 0, contrast and brightness are all in 0's as well.  I was able to reduce the noise from the side and made a lot easier for anyone to look at the skeleton now. Too bad the mastodon has been dead for awhile now.

This picture was taken around 8 pm. There were no more students.  The light from above and from the side didn't allow the mastodon to come out.

Into His World

To the original picture, I edited using Window editorial tools and really try to see what he see every day, darkness.  There were many things that I did: contrast, brightness, and sharpness.  I also zoomed in the image so we can see and feel his feeling.   Thank you God for my good eyes.

"I am blind but I can see"

It was during an afternoon when I walked to my next class I saw this blind man walking toward me from the distance.  I started to take pictures of him walking and really impressed by how we was able to commute.  Then he almost walked on top of the snow.
